- The Imagenta client area is provided for the express use of our clients to access client specific information and effect transactions. Accounts that are suspected of unauthorised activity or abuse will be suspended or terminated without prior notice, and will only be reinstated on review and resolution of any issues.
- While Imagenta makes every effort to make client specific and sensitive data secure, magenta will not be held responsible for any breach of security measures or malicious attempts to access or modify such data.
- Imagenta will take no responsibility for any inaccuracy or omission within the client area, and all data within the client area needs to be verified with Imagenta staff if there is any doubt before it is acted on.
- The pricing, discounts, details and options for products are subject to change without notice, and need to be checked thoroughly before placing every order.
- Information, resources, products or features may be removed or modified without prior notice.
- Imagenta will make every effort to deliver uninterrupted access to the Imagenta client area and the features within, Imagenta will take no responsibility for any difficulty accessing or downtime for the Imagenta client area.
- Client login details are the sole responsibility of the client, and Imagenta will take no responsibility for lost or misappropriated passwords, and any negative effects or loss suffered as a result.
- Imagenta commits to timely and appropriate response to every request for support submitted within the Imagenta client area. On occasion delays in responses may be experienced due to a lack of resources, complexity of request, delay in receiving information from external providers, meetings or unexpected circumstances, and Imagenta will take no responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of an unactioned request, delay in response or an unresolved support case.
- Imagenta takes no responsibility for information, links, or downloads provided within the client area that comes from or links to third party websites, or any malicious, damaging, or misleading component within them.
- Customers understand and agree that work will only proceed once orders are accepted and payments requested confirmed. Imagenta takes no responsibility for delays experienced due to late payment or delay in supply of confirmation of payment.
