Admitedly we have had a few delays in releasing this feature, but finally we are ready to release this feature in two weeks time. We have changed our service provider in an effort to provide the most reliable and affordable system we can. Also we have attempted to make it as easy as possible to meet the requirements of anti-spam legislation with automatic unsubscribe functionality included, and a shared response channel to keep costs down.

Photography studio in house

We are preparing a dedicated studio space which will be opened up to Imagenta clients to create professional images for a variety of media. Great results can only be acheived between a synthesis of high quality images. Present your products in the best possible light with high quality images.

The studio is a relatively small space, geared towards commercial product photography. The space will be supplied with professional lighting and backdrops. Studio time can be booked independantly, allowing business to bring along camera gear or their preferred photographer to generate images, or Imagenta can provide a professional photographer in addition to the use of the studio. We are still in the process of setting up this space, but if you have an interest in this service, please contact us.

Hi all, we are excited to announce that Imagenta is looking to introduce a new concept in social marketing for small business. Our concept hinges around delivering live video based content to your audience and engaging thier interaction via an integrated social media based chat.

Delivering live video in this fashion allows for direct customer interaction with the presenter, and for viral marketing through social media. We have a short presentation that formed a test for some of the technology we will be using to present the video content, and also to expand on what we hope to acheive through this concept. As part of this concept we are looking at setting up a fully featured recording studio to allow business to present video content without needing to invest in the equipment or expertise to deliver this content. Casual Bulk SMS Services

Casual Bulk SMS services will be here late September 2010. We have developed the interface to manage the SMS services, but need to work further with our service providers to satisfy anti-spam legislation. Once we have sorted the unsubscribe functionality, this feature will be ready for release.

For those who dont fully understand what our casual SMS service is, we will be offering a service that will allow bulk sending of SMS messages to large amounts of contacts. This system will have contact lists and groups to help account holders to manage regular SMS communications, upload of contacts via csv, reporting of sucessful SMS communications, and invoice history. This system will allow for sending of SMS messages for any purpose to anyone (in accordance to relevant legislation) at very affordable prices - as little as $0.15 inc GST per message (to be confirmed). This system can also be integrated into a web based business solution for completely automated SMS notifications. Rather than release such a significant feature with some areas that warrant extra development, we have decided to take a bit longer and polish it a bit further. Imagenta has moved! We are still in the Lake Macquarie Business Centre, sharing with Affordable Home Improvements. Call in and see the new premises now.

Imagenta has moved! We have just moved into a shared office space, with air conditioning (which is a luxury we have had to do without untill now) just in time for the summer heatwave. Come in and have a look. We are still in the Lake Macquarie Business centre, but have moved to unit 11, which is shared with Affordable Home Improvements. All of our other contact details remain unchanged.
